New KB “Paired Homes” Models Open in Stapleton
KB Home has just finished up two new model homes in Stapleton’s Willow Park East neighborhood to feature the latest in their “Paired Home -Villas” collection. Starting in the $300k range and likely ending in the mid to upper $300k’s, this is a great option for those looking to join the Stapleton neighborhood for less than $400k all in.
The KB paired homes are similar to the ones that KB Home has been building in Stapleton but there are some exciting changes as well. The biggest change you’ll notice is the exteriors, or “elevations”. They have 3 different floor plans and three different elevations, which makes them more distinct & provides a little more variety. The 3 elevations are farmhouse, modern and contemporary.
The 3 floor new floor plans are called the Cedar, Hemlock and Maple. They can have 3-5 bedrooms (yes, the Maple has 5 beds!) and range in square footage from 1,300 to well over 2,000 sf if you finish the basement. Unlike some of the previous KB paired homes these do have optional basements which you can also finish with the builder.

This price point, below $400k in Stapleton, is still a hot one so if you are interested in a KB paired home for 2015 now is the time to act. They have nearly 40 homes in this series in Willow Park East, some of which are available now and others that will be available soon. The early buyers will be able to pick the best locations as well as the floor plan and exterior they like. As the lots sell those options will obviously decrease.
The homes will likely be ready for move in some time in summer 2015.
