New Arrivals: Tod and Armando
Tod and Armando decided to move to Stapleton from New York. They had been reading the Stapleton Scoop blog to learn about the area so when they decided to come visit we connected for a tour.
I showed them their new and resale options in Stapleton and they decided that building a Wonderland Home in the “Terrace Homes” collection was the home that best fit their needs.
Although they lived in New York for most of the building process they were able to use us to help through monitor the process throughout. They even used our interior designer that we offer our clients to select all of their finishes for them (with their oversight) since they couldn’t attend all the selections meetings in person.
Tod and Armando have now moved into their new home and they’re excited about their new spot here in Denver. Here is what Tod had to say about building his home in Stapleton while still living out of state:
