Brenda was referred to me by her daughter and son-in-law, who were previous clients of ours in Stapleton. Brenda was blessed with a few new grand-kids in Stapleton recently so she decided it was time to move to the neighborhood and get as much Grandma time as possible. The only issue was she and her husband Tom lived in Connecticut and with this hot market in Stapleton it was tough to buy long distance.
We helped them review the new and resale options and they decided that a traditional single family home from Wonderland Homes was the way to go. Wonderland serves a very popular price segment in Stapleton so we had to wait a long time to get a home but in the end their patience (and our pestering of Wonderland!) paid off. They got the lot and the model that they wanted and they built the home while still in Connecticut. The home is now complete and here is what they had to say about building a new home from out of state with Focus as their buyer’s agent:
“Joe was invaluable in the process of building our home. Building a home can be quite intimidating and even more so when doing it from long distance and out of state. Joe was attentive and available during every aspect of the build, including representing us in various builder meetings in which we could not attend due to distance. With his insight and knowledge he guided us through the entire process keeping our best interests in the forefront. We are thrilled with our new home and are convinced without Joe as our realtor the process would not have been as seamless.” – Brenda G, Wicker Park, Stapleton
