“Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings” opened its Central Park location today, Thursday March 27th! This opening is the next significant milestone in Nana’s mission to bring authentic dim sum and dumpling cuisine to the Colorado Front Range! We had to check it out for you and bring you the Scoop!
The location is just South of Stanley Marketplace on Montview Blvd. (2005 Clinton St Suite A, Aurora, CO)
I had a chance to stop by today, tour the space and meet the owners. (Here’s a quick video I shot!). It’s a beautiful space! The interior design is very well done and I love the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs preparing the delicious looking, shareable plates. They also have a full bar. Tomorrow I’m going back by for lunch, so I’ll be able to speak to how good that is soon!

A Culinary Tradition Comes to Colorado
Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings offers a unique dining experience, blending traditional Chinese culinary techniques with modern flavors. Guests can indulge in handcrafted steamed and fried dumplings, including specialties like truffle soup buns and jumbo crab rangoons. The menu also features an array of bao, Peking duck, baked eel, and other traditional Chinese dishes, providing a comprehensive dim sum experience. Jack Lu, Co-Owner of Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming openings:
“We are thrilled to expand Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings to the Central Park. Our mission has always been to share authentic dim sum experiences, and this new location allows us to do just that. Partnering with Girls on the Run Rockies for our grand openings aligns with our commitment to community enrichment, and we look forward to supporting their impactful programs.”
Empowering Entrepreneurs Through Franchising
In addition to expanding its own locations, Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings is excited to offer franchise opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs. Franchisees will receive comprehensive support, including training, marketing assistance, and operational guidance, ensuring they have the tools needed to thrive in the restaurant industry. This initiative aims to empower individuals to bring Nana’s distinctive culinary offerings to new communities across Colorado and beyond.
Supporting Girls on the Run Rockies
Demonstrating a commitment to community engagement, Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings will donate 100% of the proceeds from both grand openings to Girls on the Run Rockies. This nonprofit organization inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. Serving the entire Front Range of Colorado, including Denver Metro, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and the eastern plains, Girls on the Run Rockies has positively impacted over 50,000 girls since 2005.
