What is Infinity Home Collection Building in Stapleton Now?

Infinity Home Collection has been selling stunning modern homes in Stapleton for years and they have a lot of exciting new homes coming in 2017!  This post will give you some insights into their available homes & what’s coming down the pipeline.  Stay tuned for more updates as the new homes series roll out by signing up for the Stapleton Scoop here!

The two currently available series are called “Vue” and “Haus”.  Their model homes for the “Vue” series and the “Haus” series are still open and ready for you to tour. (7936 E 5oth Ave Denver, CO 80238)

“Vue” Home Collection:

The Vue series is kind of like an updated version of their “Lime” series (for those of you keeping track). They built Lime in Stapleton neighborhoods such as Central Park West and Bluff Lake.  It’s their less expensive series with less sf.  (That’s in relation to their other series- don’t think that these homes are inexpensive or small!).

There are 3 Vue models with two different elevations for each plan, the Town Vue and the Metro Vue.   Both elevations have tons of windows so the homes will be flooded with natural light.  They range in square footage from 2,591 – 2,971 sf (not including the basement which can be finished).  The lot sizes typically range from 4,500 sf – 5,730 sf so if you want a bigger lot Infinity maybe a good option for you.

The Vue homes start in the $700k’s.  Keep in mind, these are “base prices” so don’t forget that the price will go up based on the lot premium and the upgrades you choose to make on the home.  (Not sure how buying and building a new home in Stapleton works…click here to check out a video series I shot based on my experience building a new home for our family).  The likely end prices are more likely to be in the $800k’s (although if you go really big on the upgrades you can hit a million dollars).

I studied the three floor plans and wanted to point out a few things.  First, Plan 2 has a huge great room for those that enjoy a very open kitchen/dining/living/outdoor space layout.  Plan 3 has an optional theater in the basement which sounds amazing for those who are into movies or sports.  Several of the plans have options for 3 car garages and optional basement finishes including rec rooms with wet bars.  To see some pictures of their models check out our Infinity Pinterest Page.  You can also check out the floor plans, pricing, video tours, etc here.

They are almost fully sold out of the Vue series.  As of the time I’m writing this they are down to 2 Vue lots, both of which are located in the Wicker Park area.  Here is a map showing the two available homes in Wicker Park.  The homes are both “spec” homes, meaning the builder has already started them.  One is fully completed and the other is midway through the process with a May 2017 completion date. They also have their model home HAUS 3 for sale if you want a decked out quicker move in option.  If you want more info on any of these specs please let me know and I’ll send it over.

“HAUS” Home Collection:

The HAUS series just sold out…so that is that.  They will no longer be building this series.

“Alto” Home Collection:

These are single family homes that Infinity just started selling in the Beeler Park neighborhood.  They will be 3 story homes with 3-6 bedrooms and 2,700 – 3,000 finished sf not including the optional finished basements.

The first lot release in this series just happened at the end of January and you can see the base prices here.

The model home is being built now but it’s not yet complete.  That said, if you want a sneak peek of what these will be like you can go check them out in the Midtown neighborhood!  You can see floor plans, renderings of this series here.  Note that they may change a bit when they open in Stapleton but this will give you a real good idea of what Alto will be like.  Amazing!  Infinity has a model in Midtown at 1966 W 67th Pl Denver, CO 80221 if you want to go see these in person.

“Vive” Home Collection:

These will be single family homes that Infinity just started selling in January 2017 in the Beeler Park neighborhood of Stapleton.  These will be larger than the Alto series and they aren’t building them anywhere else so I can’t point you to any sneak peek info on this series.   The model homes are coming along quick and will be open in Spring 2017.

Here is the base pricing on this series as of the first lot release in late January 2017.

“Luxe” Home Collection:

This will be their all in, biggest and baddest new home series.  These homes will be roughly 4,000 sf above grade not including optional finished basements.  They will sit on the largest lots in the best locations.  I don’t have more information on this one yet but will keep you posted as soon as I have it.  I anticipate these will start selling around April of 2017 in Beeler Park.

If you like any of these plans I’d encourage you to get pre-qualified and get on their interest list.  The buyers that start early and are prepared will get the best lots!

If I can provide you with more information about Infinity, any of the other home builders or the resale market in Stapleton don’t hesitate to ask.  I’m not affiliated with any one builder so I’m free to help buyers find the home that best fits their needs.  Whether you use me or another knowledgeable local agent I think it’s a good idea to have a Realtor on your side to watch out for your best interests and help you navigate the process.  (You pay the same price either way, so why not have someone on your side?)
