Parkwood Homes, traditionally a detached single family builder in Stapleton, is about to release a new luxury townhome series they call Beacon Hill. The townhomes will be released later this year, with the first lots to be across from Central Park in a premium location. The exteriors were inspired by the historic Georgetown and Alexandria neighborhoods. After speaking with Heather from their sales office it sounds like their townhomes in Maryland have been very popular and they’re excited to see them here in Stapleton.
