Focus Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Job Description

This role is a critical operations support position with the ability to grow, but is not a path to becoming a real estate broker. The right person will enjoy that the majority of work is computer and phone based (not client-facing), some of which will be done at home and some at our office.

    Dear Mr. Phillips,

I am interested in the Transaction Coordinator job. My background is real estate, first in Washington state then in Texas, where I currently have my Broker’s, which is due for renewal at the end of the month. I will renew it. I have a BA in English, as well, and have taken numerous classes over the years, mainly residential real estate related.

My favorite part of real estate is the work done after the property has signed paperwork. Getting it to closing, efficiently, legally, and timely is very important. I would be happy to do that and not the work involved with getting it to that point, although I am capable of doing both.

I am willing to get my Colorado license if we come to some agreement. I do have an immediate place to live, as my daughter has quarters in her home.

My daughters family lives in the Denver area, and not far from Central Park.
I can send you a resume if you prefer.
