DV was looking for a home in Stapleton that would fit his needs but also accommodate his elderly father who often visits from India in the summer. After touring all the builders he decided the ranch style/one story plans offered by Boulder Creek Builders made the most sense. We checked out all the options and ended up finding the perfect plan on a corner lot. DV is now in and loving the “lock and leave” lifestyle provided by Boulder Creek’s patio home plans.
