Deborah needed to sell her John Laing paired home in the Westerly Creek neighborhood of Stapleton. She had listed it with another agent that wasn’t familiar with Stapleton but the pricing wasn’t right and the home didn’t sell. (even in a hot seller’s market) She was referred over to us and we were able to get her home listed and sold. Deborah was very happy with the sale and she’s now in her new home.
