    Hi Rebecca,

I’m interested in Pilates, but have quite a few joint problems that I don’t want to make worse. I have my neck fused and can’t turn my head; both knees are about to be replaced, and I have a complete tear in my rotator cuff. Is there any sort of Pilates work that I would be able to do? I’d like to get a strong as possible before my next set of surgeries. TIA
