New Arrivals: Brent and Allison
Brent and Allison are like most Stapleton buyers, they wanted to move into the area to get a highly functional home in a great area to raise their kids.
They had already zoned in on a New Town Builders (now known as “Thrive Builders”) “Speer” floor plan. They were referred to me and I think their initial thought was “why do we need an agent, we already know which home we want”. Luckily, we spoke on the phone before they moved forward and I was able to represent them in their purchase. They would have paid the same price either way and I was able to help them through the process which can be daunting and very frustrating if the proper expectations aren’t set early. (like delays…you can almost count on them in new construction!)
As with any build, there were a few delays, a few mistakes along the way and some frustration. I was glad I was able to help them through it though and they are now moved in and happy in Stapleton’s Willow Park East neighborhood.
