New Arrivals: Amanda
Amanda and her family decided they wanted to move to Stapleton from South Aurora. They were wanting to build a new home because it allowed them to pick all the finishes and it worked well with their timing. We helped them analyze their options and they decided a new David Weekley Home in the “Cottages” series was just right for their needs. They found a great lot across from a beautiful pocket park! Once we found the perfect home to build we then helped them sell their current home (at a discounted commission) and helped them make the move seamlessly. With 2 young kids and two working parents avoiding a double move was critical. They are now moved in and loving their new home. Here is what Amanda had to say about the experience:
