Biff is my good friend and investment partner. We’ve been partners in various real estate ventures for quite a while and it’s a great deal for both of us. When I saw this well-kept KB detached single family home with a basement and a nice backyard in the heart of Stapleton for just $415k I saw an opportunity. It seems like there are always buyers who want to buy single family detached 3 bedroom homes on quiet streets in the area so I liked its potential for appreciation. Biff did as well and we purchased this home as a long term rental property.
When we’ve had it available for lease it is gone immediately. We won’t get rich from the cash flow but it’s a nice investment and over time we see the values holding up really well in the neighborhood.
