We’re launching the Scoopie Awards—a fun new way to celebrate the local businesses and community spots that make Central Park (and nearby areas) such a special place to live, work, and play.
From favorite coffee shop to best fitness studio, now’s your chance to nominate and vote for your neighborhood go-to’s across 25+ categories. It’s a great way to show local businesses some love—and maybe discover a few new favorites along the way.
Voting is open through Labor Day, and voters will be entered to win gift cards and special discounts from participating businesses.

🛋️Wayfair is Coming to Central Park—Yes, Really!
Wayfair just announced it will open one of its first large-format retail stores right here in Central Park, at The Shops at Northfield. The store is slated to open in 2026 and will span over 150,000 square feet.
This is another exciting step in the ongoing growth of our neighborhood, bringing even more options to shop for furniture, home goods, and decor—this time, in person from a brand many of us already know online.You can read the full press release here.

There are 18 new and coming soon listings in Central Park this week- offering lots of options across a wide range of price points for buyers. Click on the link above to see them all.
In the past 2 weeks since our last update, 20 homes went under contract in the neighborhood, 13 of those went under contract in the last week. Days on market ranged from 0 to 132.
