Stanley Marketplace has a new Mediterranean-inspired eatery, Boychik — the first brick-and-mortar location from owners Charles Troup and Chase Devitt. The Scoop stopped by last week to check it out, and it’s a fantastic addition to Stanley and the neighborhood! Check out our visit HERE, and keep reading for more details.

Boychik at Stanley Marketplace is the natural progression and expansion of the pair’s smaller, pared down concept at Avanti and will feature the same fresh ingredients and craveable Middle-Eastern-inspired components and flavors while offering an elevated dining experience in a light, bright, airy and modern new space, with larger format dishes, apps, starters, sides, cocktails and beers, and an extensive wine list.

Executive Chef/Co-Owner Chase Devitt’s menu offers contemporary and modern Middle Eastern cuisine with an emphasis on small producers and artisan farms. The menu features dishes like Fried Cauliflower Hummus Bowl, Marinated Swordfish, Lamb Gyro Hummus, seasonal salads, spreads and dips. Co-Owner and Sommelier Charles Troup has curated a Mediterranean-inspired cocktail menu, draft beer list, and NA beverage program. The extensive global wine list of breadth and depth features choices from California, Spain, Greece and France as well as international varietals all designed to complement and enhance the flavors in Boychik’s Mediterranean roots.

Inside the sleek and modern interior, guests will relax and dine in the bright new space with hanging greenery, and walls of windows with seating for 50. An additional 50 seats are outside on the south-facing patio that wraps around two sides with garage door entryways for warmer days. The welcoming bar seats 11 guests for both drinks, snacks, and a full meal.

A Happy Hour with food and drink specials is offered daily, Monday – Friday from 3 – 5 pm.

Give it a try and let us know what you think!
