After a lot of hard work, owners Amy and Ross Koenigs have now opened “Second Dawn Brewing,” their new brewery in NW Aurora just one block from the Stanley Marketplace.
They converted a dilapidated auto body shop into a beautiful new space and I’m so happy for them to be opening. Our office, Progress Coworking (shameful plug!) is just two doors down so from day 1 I’ve been watching their conversion of the building.
In this quick post I want to encourage you to go try out one of their beers or “NA” beverages and be sure to say hi to Amy and Ross, who are sure to be there. I also wanted to share a few tour posts that we did with them as they built out the space. I’ll work backwards from the finished product back through the start of the building conversion so you can see the progress along the way.

Second Dawn Brewing is located at 2302 Dayton St Aurora, CO 80010. Their initial hours are Tues – Sunday 11am – 9pm.
