A few of the staff at Behavior Frontiers recently visited Brewability Lab for a social event and had a wonderful time.  Great beer, great conversation, and a behind the scenes tour of the brewery.

Brewability Lab

The owner of Brewability is a former special education teacher who decided to open the brewery and give adults with special needs a great place to work.  Six of the eight current staff have special needs.  Tiffany has created visual supports for the staff to accomplish their tasks, and there is also a unique way of ordering.  You will notice on the menu that each beer is assigned a color.  You order your beer by color and the staff then poor from the corresponding color on the tap.  The register is also by color, so the staff are able to ring you up.

They also have weekly theme nights and tons of events.

Monday: Bachelorette Watch Party

Tuesday:  Teachers/Therapists get $1 off

Wednesday:  Yoga every week from 4-5 pm. ALL are welcome!

Neuro Night: Come join CU for neuroscience students for beer and brain bater from 5-7pm every second Wednesday of the month.

Come work out at Brewery Bootcamp the 4th Saturday of the month from 1 to 2!

Brewability is a little tricky to find the first time, it’s tucked away just off of Peoria by I-70, but after your first visit, you’ll want to go again. Get directions here.

You can check out their website for more info!

Tiffany has also recently purchased a pizza parlor space – Pizzability will be opening up this Summer in Cherry Creek!
