It’s March, which means the real estate season is getting into full swing! We have lots to cover in this week’s edition of our Stapleton real estate update. We have info on all the new listings, coming soon listings and tons of info to share on the builders up in North End.
10 new Stapleton listings hit the market this week. Here are a few I found interesting:
This new Parkwood listing is walking distance to the Eastbridge Town Center and the Central Park Rec Center. It features 5 bedrooms, over 4,100 finished sf, a 3rd floor loft, finished basement and that cool outdoor space with the fire pit and outdoor kitchen you always dreamed of! (The outdoor space is the featured image for this post) This one is listed by our friend Chip Parrish with Keller Williams.
Ever wish you had a bigger back yard to go along with your Stapleton home? Well then you have to check out the backyard on 5168 Yosemite! It’s wild, it has a yard so big you’re surprised they didn’t build another home on it. Check it out. If a buyer wanted to they could create their own park back there.

Here is a Facbebook Live from the spec home that Thrive Home builders has available at 9379 E 57th Pl in Beeler Park. This home is nearly complete and someone should be jumping on it but buyers just don’t seem to know about it. More info on that home available here. Here’s a Facebook Live I did with Lindsay from KB Home where we walk you through two spec homes she has available in North End in the mid/high $400k’s. The homes are just a block off a huge green space and a short walk to Stapleton’s largest pool which is under construction already. They’re complete and ready for quick move in! It gives you a tour of one of their homes and tells you what they’re building in North End, Conservatory Green and Bluff Lake. If you know anyone looking for a row home they have 3 AMAZING lots in North End that will have great mountain views, face green space and are walkable to the biggest pool in Stapleton. If I was in the market for a row home I’d be all over these.

Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
There were 13 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. The median “days on market”, meaning the time between when a home was listed for sale and when it went under contract, was 18 days. So most homes are selling in 3 weeks on the market, with many going much quicker. We’re still getting in quite a few bidding wars in the first weekend on well priced homes that show well.
Sold Stapleton Homes This Week
There were 16 Stapleton resale homes sold this week.
Total Stapleton Active Resale Homes
Stapleton has just 39 total resale listings at this time. Inventory is still low, so if you’re a buyer you may want to check out this recent post on coming soon listings we have in the neighborhood. (Plus bonus: We haven’t added this one to the coming soons yet but we have a traditional Wonderland single family home with 4 beds and a finished basement in Willow Park East coming soon in the low $600k’s!)
