Vance, Lindsey and their son had fixed up an older foreclosure and made it a beautiful home but it was time to sell and buy a larger more functional home in Stapleton. I was lucky enough to be able to help them with the sale of their existing home as well as purchase their new home. We searched for what they wanted in the resale market but there wasn’t much to choose from. I spoke to the active Stapleton builders and luckily New Town Builders just had a contract fall through and there was a home available for move in within 2 months which was perfect.
