New Listings in Stapleton This Week
This week we had just 5 new resale homes that hit the market. This is a very slow week for new inventory.
Even though there weren’t a lot of new options if you are looking for an awesome Parkwood you have to check out 2711 Clinton Way! I had a chance to tour it yesterday and it’s beautiful. It’s located across the street from a pocket park in Eastbridge and it’s an easy walk to Stanley Marketplace. It has custom finishes throughout that look like they belong on Pinterest. It also has tons of space including an amazing third story (with bathroom!), a finished basement and even a full carriage house over the garage with a bedroom and bathroom. Over 4,800 finished sf. Asking price is $850k. Worth checking out if you are looking for a large home in Stapleton in that price range.
Under Contract Homes in Stapleton This Week
There were 8 homes that went under contract this week. That equates to roughly 36 homes going under contract per month and we have 41 total homes active in Stapleton now so we have just over one month worth of inventory. That is still a strong seller’s market.

There were 16 sales this week that closed.
