Sarah and Lindsay were moving from California to Stapleton. Time to cash in on those high prices out in the bay area and get a better home & lifestyle here in Denver!
When they came to me they had pretty much zoned in on Thrive Home Builders as their builder of choice. We helped them zone in on which series and which plan would work best then we helped them stalk the builder to get the lot they wanted in Wicker Park. They loved the ZEN home collection and chose the ArtiZEN floor plan.
Once we were under contract there was still a lot of work to be done and for over half the building process they’d be living in California still. We helped them navigate the entire process and acted as their eyes and ears on the ground here in Denver.
They, along with their son, are now moved into their new Stapleton home and they’re loving it. Here is what Sarah and Lindsay had to say about using Focus Real Estate as their Buyer’s Agent while still living out of state:
“Joe was amazing to work with! We were moving from out of state and building a new home in Denver. Joe was constantly available to answer questions, send us photos, and meet with the builders to make sure everything was on-track! Joe was also able to help us navigate each of our new homes inspections, and really made sure the builder was following the plan we had agreed on. Once we were here in Denver, Joe continued to helpful and supportive through the entire build process. He was also able to recommend local resources since we were new to the area, which was super helpful!! Now that our dream home is finished, hopefully we won’t be moving anytime soon – but if we do – we are calling Joe!!” – Sarah & Lindsay, Wicker Park, Stapleton

Ben, I believe that you’re correct. That has been the MO so far.McCain would never run on his war record so Obama has no right to ‘attack’ it. Of course McCain mentions his war record often and they are proudly displayed in his campaign ads.
