It’s shaping up to be a beautiful weekend, and we hope you have plans to celebrate the amazing moms in your life! Before we dive into this week’s real estate update, here are a couple of highlights we didn’t want you to miss:
Market insights – Curious about where things stand in the real estate market? Check out our latest blog post where Joe breaks down the newest DMAR (Denver Metro Association of Realtors) Market Report and offers practical takeaways for both buyers and sellers navigating today’s shifting market. Hint- buyers are cautious, overall inventory is moving slower, and pricing strategy matters more than ever!Open House Extravaganza is happening today, Saturday, May 10th from 1:00–3:00 PM! There are 23 new and coming soon listings in Central Park this week- up from 18 last week. The spring market is clearly in full swing, offering more options across a wide range of price points. If you’re starting to explore a move in Central Park, we’ve got tools to help! On our Home Search page, you can create a custom search and view recent sales by price range. It’s a great way to get a sense of what’s realistic for your goals. If you’d like more personalized help, feel free to reach out- my contact information is below and I’d love to connect.
In the past week, 14 homes went under contract, a solid indicator that buyers are actively shopping. Days on market ranged from 0 to 53, with single-family homes generally moving faster than attached homes or condos. Homes with standout features, like large yards or top-tier locations, are still attracting multiple offers and even going over asking in some cases.
21 homes closed in Central Park this week, slightly down from 27 the week before, but still reflective of a strong spring season.

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all for sale and for rent listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
