On to the neighborhood real estate for the week…
Spring home inventory is coming online! This week 25 new and coming soon resale listings hit the market in Central Park. Not surprising as this is on of the peak times of the year for homes to be listed. That’s a nice pop of inventory and buyers in most price ranges should have a few fresh options to check out.
Of the coming soon and new listings, here are a few that caught my eye:
5402 Uinta Way: $915,000

If you’re thinking about buying a home in Central Park, we’ve created a few resources for you that could help! There were 12 homes that went under contract in Central Park in the last week. That’s around half of the amount of the new listings that just hit the market this week, so inventory could continue to inch upwards. It’s important that sellers prepare their homes well for the market, price them right and have realistic expectations on how quickly they’ll sell. Some homes are still selling right away on the first weekend, but many are taking multiple weeks to sell.

Total Active Central Park Listings
There are now 103 total resale active resale listings on the market in Central Park right now. We’re fully into spring now and we expect more inventory to hit the market each week. Typically, May is one of the prime months for selling in the neighborhood. Many buyers want to purchase now and then get settled in their home over the summer before school starts in Fall.
