Rounding out our Q1 update for new construction in Central Park, is David Weekley Homes! David Weekley is in their final phase of construction in the North End with their beautiful row home series. As of 2/10/24, there are only 7 homes remaining!

Interior units (Sienna II) are finishing around $661,000 and the corner lots (Sienna) will come closer to $699,000. These homes have all their finishes pre-selected, so there is no need to worry about the design.
