Brandon and Amanda were looking for a great spot to raise their young son. They zoned in on Stapleton and then found me through the Stapleton Scoop. We did a tour of all of the resale and new build options in the area. They decided that the New Town Builders “Speer” model was the right plan for them. It took some patience to wait for the right lot to come along but it did and we’re not done with the building process. They’ve moved in and they are enjoying their new home that was built exactly as they wanted it.
