Teresa and Mitch were relocating to Stapleton from Washington state for Mitch’s job as a physician. Based on their family needs & desired price range we zoned in on a new buid “Zinnia” model from Standard Pacific Homes in Stapleton. Even though they were Seahawks fans we had a great time helping them build their new home and they’re now in and part of the neighborhood!
