Whether you’re actively buying, selling, renting, or just a real estate fan who likes to know housing trends in the neighborhood, we’ve created three easy ways for you to stay “in the know.” If you choose to take advantage of any of these options just know that our focus is always on adding value to you, not selling anything. We hope you find these useful!

Here’s how we at Focus Real Estate can share our expertise and insights with you:

1. Subscribe to Central Park Scoop.

We live in and love Central Park. And even though our day jobs are being real estate agents, we also serve as “community reporters” of sorts: Central Park Scoop posts all the latest news about restaurants, businesses, and more in our neighborhood and beyond. And when you subscribe (just type in your name and email on this form), you’ll get the latest posts delivered to your email inbox every other Friday, as well our Focus on Central Park real estate updates, which include news on the latest listings, recent sales, and “coming soon” opportunities.  If you prefer to get information via social media rather than email you can also follow us on the Scoop IG, Scoop FB or Scoop YT channels. The Central Park Scoop is our way of staying informed so we can serve our clients, while also helping build the community we want to live in.

2. Sign up for our rental email alerts.

Did you know there’s a thriving rental market in Central Park? We manage 65 homes in the neighborhood for owners who want to focus on other things in life. That means we’re always in conversations with potential tenants about their rental needs. To help us communicate effectively and consistently with potential tenants, we created a rental alert form where you can sign up to receive our active and “coming soon” rentals each Friday. You just sign up with your name and email, and each Friday, we send you the latest updates on our rental portfolio. This has been a very effective tool for people who would like to find a rental home in Central Park managed by a company that provides a consistent, high-quality experience. This could also be a tool for local landlords that just like to see other rentals and keep their finger on the pulse of the market. Feel free to sign up!

3. Try our extremely personalized home search form.

Want to set up an easy search so that you see the latest real estate listings that fit what you’re looking for specifically? Answer a series of targeted questions to help you narrow down your search, and we’ll deliver a customized list of homes (not just ones listed by us, of course!) that might suit what you’re looking for. This quiz we created goes way beyond the “how many beds and baths” forms you’ve probably filled out when searching for a home before—an actual human personally reviews your answers and take into account things like whether you prefer modern or traditional design, living north or south of I-70, and whatever non-negotiables and most important home criteria you want to type in. (What an AI-driven world when we have to brag about an actual human doing the work on something!)

This search tool is great for people who come to us with statements like “I want a 4 bedroom home within walking distance to Northfield high school for less than $900k.”  We can keep an eye out for them, but by setting up the search, they’ll receive emails with options that fit their criteria, which helps them track the market.
There you have it, three easy ways to stay in the know on Central Park real estate. We hope you find them useful, and if you’re ready to get personalized service from an agent, you can set up a chat here. We’ll discuss your situation in a no pressure way and see if we can be of service!
