Little Man Ice Cream has been beloved around Denver since 2008. And while everyone basically knew that the Constellation ice cream shop at Eastbridge—with the famous 74-foot aluminum airplane wing, in honor of the neighborhood’s previous life as an airport—was part of Little Man, the company recently made it official-official. (And if you know and love Sweet Cooie’s in Congress Park, originally named for founder Paul Tamburello’s mom, that is now officially named Little Man as well.)
Everything else remains the same—mostly-local ingredients, giving back to the community with the Scoop for Scoop program, and the great flavors, including Turbulence, a toasted marshmallow ice cream with caramel swirl, caramel truffles, and chocolate-covered pretzels, exclusive to the Central Park location.
Before you grab your scoop at Little Man, check out all the other great food spots now open at Eastbridge! Cattivella has a lovely patio, there’s kid-friendly Tag Burger Bar with its amazing 80s playlist, and the brandnew addition of the Mexican restaurant Encanto Taqueria y Cantina.
Check it out soon! Little Man will be open daily Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 9pm and Friday to Sunday 12pm to 9pm. And there’ll be live music every Friday night from 6pm to 9pm through September 4th.
