The Wee-Cottage Four+ is 1,374sqft and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms as well as a 1 car attached garage. Don’t let the square footage of the home shy you away from seeing them in person, these homes live so much larger!
All the available homes will offer an array of upgrades throughout and include stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard surface floors on the main level with upgraded carpet on the second and gas lines on the back patios. A secondary HOA takes care of the courtyard maintenance and snow removal.
