New Listings
This week 8 new resale listings hit the market in Central Park. Of the new listings, here are a few that caught our attention:
8601 E 54th Dr: $1,349,000 (Coming soon!)
Situated on a South-facing large corner lot facing Quilted Garden Park, this stunning 5 bed, 4.5 bath Infinity home features sun-drenched grand open spaces, beautifully styled finishes and a thoughtfully curated backyard oasis. This Vue 3 floor plan, with over 4,300 finished sf, has always been a best seller and with this location we don’t expect this one to stick around long. Keep an eye out for professional interior photos in the next week, then it’s live for showings starting Friday 11/10. For more information on this listing please call or text. My contact information is at the bottom of the post.
9443 E 52nd Ave: $749,000
Welcome to this beautifully updated and modern 3 bed, 2.5 bath home facing a gorgeous courtyard in Central Park’s “Wicker Park” area! This home is a showcase of design, featuring an array of sophisticated lighting, warm wood floors, and contemporary finishes throughout. I especially love the large, perfectly functional grassy courtyard and uber quiet location of this one. This one is priced to be the best value available for buyers looking in the $700k’s in Central Park. Like what you see and want to know more? Check out this 360 self-guided tour or come see me at my open house this Saturday 11/4 from 1-3pm.
Not seeing anything that fits your needs in the resale market? Below are blog posts with detailed updates on each of the 4 remaining new home builders in Central Park and what they have to offer! If you see anything that interests you, we’d love to help as your buyer’s agent. (FYI: you pay the same price on a new build whether you have an agent or not)
Builder Update: Infinity Properties. Rebecca Fawcett from our team worked with Infinity Properties to bring you this update with the latest info on all 3 home series in Central Park.
Builder Update: David Weekley Homes. Mariel Ross from our team has the scoop on David Weekley and their last row homes available in the neighborhood (after building here for 20 years!).
Builder Update: Brookfield Residential. In this post Rebecca Fawcett will give you the details on the remaining available homes in their 4 series. (They have large single-family homes, mid-size single family homes, paired homes and an awesome townhome series to choose from!)
Builder Update: Boulder Creek. Nestled on a private courtyard that looks East to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Central Park’s North End, there are just a few Cottage homes still available!
Under Contract Homes
There were 7 homes that went under contract in Central Park in the last week. Of the 7, only 1 sold in the first week on the market. We’re seeing homes typically taking several weeks to sell, which is slower than the white-hot market we were used to, but still very fast historically speaking. Overall things feel pretty balanced between buyer and seller leverage at the moment.
Sold Homes
There were 14 homes that closed in the past week, in a variety of price segments. If you like to watch the market and see what things are moving for you can peruse those sales in the link above.
All Active Homes
There are 67 total resale active resale listings on the market in Central Park right now. Inventory has ticked up slightly, but is still very low historically.
9950 E 63rd Dr: $2,282,929
Of the available homes, we have to point out this new build spec home available from Parkwood homes! It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to purchase a massive semi-custom home in Central Park located directly across from the 15,000 acre Wildlife Refuge. There were only 2 homes built like this in the neighborhood. The unobstructed views of open space and the mountains are wonderful and the yard size is truly amazing. (See aerial pic above!) The home features roughly 5,800 finished square feet, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms! If you’d like a private tour please reach out, my contact info is at the end of the post.
For Rent Homes
In the link above you can find all the homes for rent on Zillow in Central Park.

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
