Did you know the Stanley House apartments, those two apartment buildings right on the Stanley Marketplace property, are now available for lease!
I stopped by today and took a tour of the two buildings and wanted to share what I learned with a quick post. (Here’s a quick Insta Reel giving you a glimpse.)

Types of Apartments:
Studio Apartments:
25% of the total units are studios.
434 – 626 sf
$1,450 – $1,825
1 Bed Apartments:
50% of the total units are 1 bedrooms.
588 – 633 sf
$1,750 – $1,875
2 Bed Apartments:
25% of the total units are 2 bedrooms.
949 -975 sf
$2,300 – $2,755

- Walk to the Stanley Marketplace or just order food & have it delivered!

- Lounge
- Coworking space
- Private conference rooms
- Gym
- Yoga/stretching room
- Secure bike storage
- Delivery room to accept your packages or food deliveries

- Access controlled
- Storage spaces available (extra cost)
Other Details about the Property:
There are two buildings, the East one and the West one.
The higher you go in the building the bigger the balconies get and the better the city and mountain views! (As of right now they have 20 units leased and 148 more to go so if you go soon you have lots of options in terms of the location within the two buildings!)
Parking is underneath the buildings and is gated, but open. Parking is an additional cost, but every unit does have one parking space available for it.
They are signing 12 month leases and may do 9 months, but they’re not set up for short term leases and don’t offer furnished units.
