Biff and Lindsay were looking to move to a neighborhood with good schools and a functional new home for their growing family. After looking at other options, they settled on an Infinity Home Collection “VIVE” new build in Stapleton. We were able to find a builder and floor plan they loved with the location near green space and schools they desired. While we didn’t have to help much with picking finishes (Lindsay has a great sense of design!), we were able to help with other considerations like 3rd party inspections. Listing her previous home for sale was part of the deal and we were able to get it sold in time for the big move! They’re now moved in and loving all the conveniences of the new home and neighborhood.
