What’s the Scoop on KB Home in Stapleton’s Final Phase?
As earth is starting move up in the second and final phase of Stapleton’s sub-neighborhood, North End, we know you’re curious about which builders will have lots available and what the homes will look like – we’re here to bring you the details!
KB Home is a popular builder with over 60 years of experience building homes along the Front Range. KB has had lots in most phases of the Stapleton neighborhood. People know and trust this great builder and they will be offering two of their more popular home series in this last phase of our neighborhood, the Villa Collection and the Starlight Collection.
Villa Collection – Duplexes, starting in the $400,000’s

The Villa Collection is a duplex home collection (meaning 2 homes attached to each other with one shared wall) known for a generous main living space and good sized bedrooms. These paired homes are the same popular homes they have been building in the current phase of the North End neighborhood as well as past Stapleton sub-neighborhoods. I cannot say if they will offer the same 3 floorplans they are currently building or if they will tweak them a bit but I will update you when I know more specifics. I do know with the Villa collection, you are looking at about 1,300 to 1,500 square feet above grade, not including the basement. Currently the homes start in the $400,000’s and will go up from there depending on your lot choice and your design studio selections.
Starlight Collection – Continuing into Phase 2
AND… drum roll please, KB Home will also have a few choice lots for their stunning mid-century modern home series called the Starlight Ranch! I am especially thrilled to see this series make one last appearance. These ranch homes are designed with a mid-century modern influence, with large open, spacious great rooms, walk out patios and flexible spaces to fit any lifestyle. KB Home has not officially released lots just yet but our friends there tell us it will be coming soon. They are currently getting their home sites ready and hope to be able to release them in Fall 2020.
