David Weekley has released 8 row homes which will be built off of 47th Avenue, in between Yosemite and Xenia across the street from the Runway 35 pool. The floor plans are the Sienna I and the Sienna II, and both units are pretty incredible! Featuring 14′ ceilings, large windows allowing tons of natural light , open layouts, 2000+ square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 baths, and attached 2 car garages. The row homes are priced in the low to mid-$500s.

The Siena I plan has a lot going for it. Sienna I features a study on the lower floor and a second floor master living suite. I love the fact that the main level is your garage, study and large mud room. The second floor has the living room, dining room and kitchen which are all very open. I also love that the master bedroom is in the back of the home on the second floor. It’s quiet and provides easy access to everything on the same level. Off the kitchen you have a good size patio, perfect for grilling or lounging. Up on the third level you’ll find two additional large bedrooms, each with their own private en suite bathrooms, and a laundry area.
The Sienna II has a huge kitchen and dining area that is adjacent to a really large patio. They both feature private, gated courtyards (741-1400 square feet) of outdoor living space in addition to their private decks. This is a first for David Weekley Homes to bring the addition of an outdoor private courtyard space. The location is central to everything in Stapleton! Walking distance to the pool & park, Northfield Shopping Center with all of the dining and shopping and easy access to the I-70, I-25 and 225 freeways.
