Thrive Home Builders is Starting to Roll Out their New “Vitality” series in North End
We just wanted to let you know that Thrive Home Builders is starting to roll out their new “Vitality” series, which is the latest evolution of their previous ZEN home series, in North End.

I really like the Vitality series because the homes sit on slightly larger lots and therefore have more square footage than some of their previous plans. There are two different plans to choose from and one includes a 3 car garage! These homes are completely electric, everything from the fireplace to the induction cooktop. Although they do have a gas option for those who prefer a gas cooktop! The homes include all the health and eco- conscious features we have come to love from Thrive Homes. Both plans have a generous open concept living space and a huge basement footprint to make your own whether you choose to finish it as you build or in the future.
So far, buyers are loving these homes and the few they released have been gobbled up quickly. As of the time I’m writing this there is one Renew plan left available. More lots will be coming soon in this series though, so if you’re interested lets chat and get you ready to act when they’re available.
