Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
This past week, 10 homes went under contract. We are noticing that pricing the home correctly has a huge impact on number of days on market and if a price drop is necessary. This means when a seller lists way above what the comparable home sales indicate the home is worth the market will show that the price needs to be adjusted. All Stapleton Active Resale Listings
There are currently 63 active resale listings in Stapleton. My personal favorite is 9236 E 52nd Drive. It is tucked into Wicker Park with access to a large courtyard and mountain views from the front porch. I can just imagine watching the sunset every night right on the cozy porch.
