This Week in Stapleton Real Estate 8.2.19

As the warm memories of summer vacations begin to fade, parents are as excited about the start of the new school year as the kids are anxious. A favorite tradition for many in Stapletonians is the first day of school brunch, when we can finally take a deep, relaxing breath and catch up with friends we haven’t seen since the end of May.  Luckily, Stapleton has several of Denver’s best brunch restaurants where the mimosas flow freely and patrons linger into the late morning.

Stanley Marketplace is a favorite any time of day, and you can’t go wrong at Denver Biscuit Company where the French toast biscuits smothered in strawberry compote and maple syrup is a can’t miss.  And if you are a fan of East-Coast delis, Rosenberg’s bagels and lox might hit the spot!  Also located in Eastbridge is Hashtag, where chef Tony Guard has created a colorful and warm atmosphere and a creative menu that turns traditional eggs, hash and hotcakes sunny-side up.  In “old-town” Stapleton you can always depend on Etai’s and Einstein’s for a quick bite or head over to Four Friends for a soulful brunch rendition including cheesy grits, fried green tomatoes and beignets.  Up in Northfield, Intersections always delivers with traditional fare and friendly service.  And for parents dropping off at McAuliffe, Odyssey or DSA, Cake Crumbs bakery is the perfect place to catch up with friends over a gourmet cup o’ Joe and a warm croissant.
