We’ve fully made our way into June and summer really is here now. Looking back at May in real estate with the latest marketing statistics from REcolorado, inventory in the Denver Metro area continued to climb. New Listings were up 13% compared to last year, which brings more options for buyers. The average price of a single-family home crossed over $500,000 for the first time with a 3% increase from last year, according to REcolorado.
This corresponds with what we have been seeing in the Stapleton market. Check out Mariel’s post on the changes we’re seeing here in the 80238.
