New Central Park Listings

Since last Friday 14 new homes came on the market, up from 7 a month ago. We are seeing the typical uptick in listings that we see every September and October; this should be encouraging for buyers because there are great home choices currently.

All Active Listings

There are currently 83 total homes for sale in Central Park. Only one month ago there were 63 homes for sale. Once again showing our market is seasonal. Of the homes listed for sale, 13 of those are new build spec homes marketed by neighborhood builders.

Under Contract Listings

Over the last 7 days, 10 homes went under contract. Out of the 10 homes, 3 of them went under contract within 3 days on market! Sellers, buyers are out there! Some buyers are waiting for the right home to come up and then move quick when they find it. One thing we know for sure is homes that are priced well, look beautiful and have good locations are going quickly! Ask us how we can help you!
