This Week in Central Park Real Estate 8.19.22

Happy Friday everyone! It’s time for our weekly real estate roundup, Central Park style. So real estate has been slow lately no doubt about it but remember, August is seasonably slow due to summer vacations and back to school. People are simply focused on other things right now but the good news is inventory has started to slow down again, interest rates dipped down the last few weeks and there are deals to be made.

Now is also a great time to look into your financing and be sure you are partnered up with not only a great realtor but a great lender too! One of our lending partners is Central Park’s own, Peyton Fullerton with Annie Mac home mortgage. I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Peyton and learn about some great helpful products her brokerage is able to offer to buyers looking for creative ways to get into homes NOW! Check out my interview with Peyton below…

Disclaimer:

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own.  It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well.  Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
