Since last Friday 7 new homes came on the market priced from $614,900 up to $1,599,000.

There are currently 65 total homes for sale in Central Park but 18 of those are new build spec homes marketed by neighborhood builders. This means Central Park currently has 47 resale homes on the market priced from $243,000 for a low-income qualifying townhome up to $1,999,500 for a 7 bedroom single family Parkwood built home.
One of my favorite homes on the market right now is 5496 Xanthia Street listed by Sonya Peterson of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.
