This Week in Central Park Real Estate 2.25.22

It’s Friday and it’s over freezing – yay! We have been locked in sub-zero temps for over 90 hours! Temperatures are finally heating up and so is our real estate market!!! We have 22 active homes for sale this weekend in 80238 and 80010 and 14 of them are brand NEW.
