This Week in Central Park Real Estate 1.14.22

Happy Friday everyone and Happy 2022! Another year, another Friday real estate update … but there’s not much happening in the real estate world currently and that’s okay and very normal for this time of year.

The good news is it’s Stock Show time. The National Western Stock Show that is. Being a “Horsey” girl myself, I absolutely love these 16 days in January and try to go whenever I can. The Stock Show sadly was canceled last year due to Coronavirus so I’m sure you’re all as ready as I am for some good ole fashion fun!

Fun fact: Ever wonder why all your neighbors keep their lights up towards the end of January? It’s a Denver tradition to keep holiday lights up to welcome the cowboys and cowgirls competing in the rodeo through the end of the Stock Show!

“It’s boots and chaps, It’s cowboy hats, It’s spurs and latigo, It’s the ropes and the reins And the joy and the pain And they call the thing rodeo.”

This week we have only 3 new resale homes on the market ranging in price from $257,000 for a 3 bedroom income qualified home to $950,000 for a 4 bedroom Eastbridge area home … and it’s south of I-70!

One to note is 2939 Emporia Court listed for $950,000 by our friend Jaryd Takushi of Aloha Real Estate – it should do well this weekend! This light, bright and spacious house is situated on a quiet street in the coveted Eastbridge area of Central Park close to Stanley Marketplace as well as the Eastbridge Town Center.

I’d love to tour it so let me know if you are interested in seeing this great home!

Disclaimer:

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own.  It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well.  Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
