New Central Park Listings
Since last Friday 13 new homes came on the market ranging in price from $399,000 for a 2 bedroom condo to $1,450,000 for a beautiful 6 bedroom single family home.
All Active Listings
There are currently 41 total homes for sale in Central Park (both 80238 and 80010) while last month (January) there was 37 homes for sale. So inventory is still very limited for buyers and with interest rates going down this is sure to create multiple offer situations on certain right homes. We have a total of 45 homes pending in the neighborhood, but 10 of those homes went under contract in the last 7 days and 6 of them were brand new to the market this week!
