So what’s the Scoop on Wonderland Homes in the Central Park neighborhood? Well, as of May not a whole lot but we are hearing this from a few different builders in the area. Most have decided to wait before releasing lots to see if materials and the supply chain become more manageable. Often times, builders contract on a lot but it can take 3-4 months after that to begin construction. Wonderland Homes has informed us they are making plans and do plan to build their lots here in the North End but we have to wait a bit longer for one of our favorite builders to release more info!

Wonderland Homes will have 18 home lots to sell in the North End. They will be from their Prominence collection home series with some new tweaks and updates taken from client feedback. They will start by releasing 6 home sites first located on 63rd Ave West of Elmira Street and then they will release the last 12 home sites also on 63rd Ave just East of Elmira Street.
The Prominence single family home collection will offer buyers 5 different floorplans (base price TBD). These homes will range from 1,432 square feet to over 2,000 square feet and will offer both ranch and two story plans. They tend to have a contemporary style vibe and have beautiful, spacious open floorplans buyers are looking for these days!
