Drum roll please… The plat plan for filing 57, phase 2 of Central Park’s North End was finally approved a few weeks ago! This is great news for people looking to build but also for the builders, most of which have elected to wait to release their lots until they received the plat approval from the city. Now the builders have finally begun releasing street addresses on their lots, pricing and working towards getting these home sites under contract. We couldn’t be happier to help out our clients and builders move this dirt!
I am here to give you a quick update on Wonderland Homes. Wonderland Homes is a local company that got their start in Boulder, CO. Wonderland Homes will have 18 home lots to sell in the North End. I recently spoke to their sales representative Jeffrey Heien and he told me that Wonderland is currently perfecting their Prominence collection home series for new buyers and they are almost ready to release it to the public! They will start by releasing 6 home sites first located on 63rd Ave West of Elmira Street (hopefully soon) and then they will release the last 12 home sites also on 63rd Ave just East of Elmira Street in late spring 2021. They took all the feedback from past buyers and tweaked their beautiful home collection just a bit to bring you the best options!
The Prominence single family home collection will offer buyers 5 different floorplans starting in the $500,000’s. These homes will range from 1,432 square feet to over 2,000 square feet and will offer both ranch and two story plans. They tend to have a contemporary style vibe and have beautiful, spacious open floorplans that buyers are looking for these days!
