This past week, 15 homes went under contract. At the beginning of the year into summer, we saw homes go under contract within hours of listing. Now, the timeline is a bit longer. On average, Stapleton homes and most of Denver are taking 25 days to go under contract. The average is being pulled up by the overpriced homes that are sitting longer than they should. Having a realtor that knows the market can help get your home sold faster and at the best price.
