New Pedalheads Trail Biking Camp in Stapleton

If your child is itching to explore nature and ride beyond parks and roads, then the newly launched Pedalheads Trail will be the perfect camp! Kids can go on an adventure as they explore the trail systems around Stapleton Central Park.
In addition to developing trail riding skills, riders experience other benefits of being in nature. Being immersed in nature helps promote creativity because kids can interact with their surroundings and provides a positive stimulation that engages all their senses.
Pedalheads Trail has two levels and these are some of the skills they will develop:
Novice 4+: Ages 4 and up
- Avoiding obstacles and turning corners
- Riding on uneven surfaces including gravel paths, dirt trails, and small sections of roots and rocks
- Trail etiquette
- Riding on narrow paths
Junior 7+: Ages 7 and up
- Riding on uneven surfaces including single track dirt trails as well as larger sections of roots and rocks
- Cool tricks like front wheel lifts
- Intro to trail cornering, ladder bridges, and uphill/downhill trail riding

If you’re still keen on having your child learn to ride a bike independently, develop their bike handling skills, or learn to ride on the road, you can sign up for the popular Pedalheads Bike camp in Stapleton.
