Inexpensive “Thai Street Food” Near Stapleton

Last week I had a chance to check out “Thai  Street Food,” a small local Thai restaurant located at 11650 Montview Blvd Aurora, CO 80010.  You may have driven by it before, it has a green awning with yellow letters.  I probably would not have stopped in to try this little place but I had heard from a friend that it had won some awards and that it was really good.  It may not be the first place you’d think to go on date night, but if you like trying new places off the beaten path it may be for you.   I went for lunch and thought it was great.  The prices are really affordable, I think my lunch was $7 and I had a large Pad Thai and an appetizer!  I had medium spice and it had some kick in my opinion.  There are only about 6 or 7 tables so it’s a small place.  There is one chef and one waiter so if you’re in a hurry you may want to just call and order ahead to eat there or pick it up to go.   They don’t offer delivery.  Check it out, it’s good affordable food and it’s something different than the normal go-to options in Stapleton.  The  restaurant’s phone # is (303) 587- 2293.  (As anyone who knows me would attest, I love pretty much any food that is placed in front of me so I’m not sure if I’m the best restaurant critic out there!)
