David Weekley is Open in North End!

David Weekley is finally open and ready to sell some of their highly-sought after homes!  However, this release looks much different from any of the David Weekley releases we’ve seen in the past.

The same floor plans will be available in this release of homes, but every home will already have all the design and structural options selected.

The easiest way to snag a David Weekley floor plan, and ideal lot location, will be to send us a message here at Focus and let us know what home style and floor plan you are most interested in.  We are actively compiling a list of clients who are looking to build a David Weekley, and matching this list with the sales team to try and make a match with ease.

Once you let us know what floor plan is best for you, David Weekley will give us an address of where a home is with a sample of all the selections chosen, information about what structural options the home will have, and the final price. (check out this post for floorplan options) The good news is you will know right away what your all-in price will look like and your price shouldn’t go up.  I say shouldn’t as most of the time the price will not change, but as we all know, things can change.

The homes that are starting to go under contract right now should be complete by Q1 in 2022.

Click HERE  for two David Weekley Homes (a Salida on a corner lot and Mount Powell – both with finished basements).

Here are the current base prices and link to the style of home and floor plans

Row Homes:  TBD – release will be later this year, likely high $400s – low $500s

Paired Homes: From the $565s

Cottage (single family) homes:  From the $677s

To see the location of the homes, see THIS blog post with a map of all the homesites.

If you were hoping to design your own home, there are other neighborhoods offering beautiful David Weekley plans where you are still able to select structural and cosmetic updates.  The closest neighborhood is Painted Prairie.  Check out paintedprairieliving.com for more information.
